 Katherine Roberts, founder of Yoga for Golfers instruction program and educational products, has 20 years of experience in fitness training, yoga studies, professional coaching and motivation. She is certified by the American Council on Exercise and is a member of Coach University, International Yoga.
Roberts' passion for fitness and golf  translates into a unique and integrated educational program that provides instruction on how a golfer can improve flexibility, range of motion and concentration. She currently teaches yoga at the exclusive Golden Door Spa at the Boulders in Arizona, and presents at hotels, spas and resorts internationally. She also presents at conferences, corporate meetings and conventions. Roberts, with her highly successful program and instructional video, has been featured in Sports Illustrated, Golf Magazine, Golf Digest, Self Magazine, Golf for Women, Affluent Golfer Magazine and numerous other magazines and newspapers. She is a frequent contributor to Golf Magazine, Natural Golf Magazine, DocGolf Magazine, and has appeared on ESPN, Fox Sports, ABC, CBS and PBS.
