Steve has been a PGA golf professional teaching golf for over 16 years. During this time he has given over 15,000 lessons, conducted over 500 schools/clinics and been a guest speaker at national and regional teaching seminars through out the country. Steve has been chosen to the elite club of Golf Magazines Top 100 instructors in the country. He has been nominated for Golf Digest's Top 50 Teachers in the country and was selected as one of the top five in the state of Maryland. Steve was also selected the 1993 Middle Atlantic PGA Section Teacher of the Year.
Steve has conducted corporate clinics for Fortune 500 companies at the Kemper Open and the United States Open; speaking to hundreds of their customers about golf and the golf swing. He has worked with the PGA TOUR, LPGA TOUR and NIKE TOUR players.
Currently, Steve is the Director of Instruction at the Four Streams Golf Academy in Beallsville, Maryland. Previously he held the same position for the PGA TOUR at the TPC at Avenel in Potomac, Maryland for over fourteen years. During that time, he was Head Instructor for the TPC Golf Schools and hosted numerous Golf Digest Golf Schools. Steve's calm approach and delivery of the basic fundamentals makes him fun to work with and a sought after speaker.
