
Michele Redman has two LPGA Victories: 1997 JAL Big Apple Classic and 2000 First Union Betsy King Classic.
Michele had ten top ten finishes in 2001. She finished 3rd at the 2001 Longs Drugs Challenge, placed 4th at The Office Depot hosted by Amy Alcott and the Sybase Big Apple Classic, tied for sixth at the Evian Masters, and tied for 10th at the McDonald's LPGA Championship Presented by AIG. With year's earnings of $552,317.00 and career earnings of $2,372,301, she ranks 38th on the LPGA career money list. She is currently ranked 9th in the world golf rankings. Michele ranks 4th for eagles, 8th for rounds under par, and is tied for 10th in birdies.
In 2000, Michele won the 2000 First Union Betsy King Classic (68-66-68). She was a member of the 2000 Solheim Cup Team, and she finished tied for second at the 2000 Los Angeles Women's Championship. In addition, she finished tied for third at the 2000 Electrolux USA Championship, and finished tied for fourth at the Nabisco Championship (major tournament). In all, she had nine top ten finishes in 2000 and finished tenth on 2000 LPGA year end money list.
Michele had six top ten finishes in 1999. She finished second in the 1998 State Farm Rail Classic, won the 1997 JAL Big Apple Classic, and had six top ten finishes in 1997 and in 1995.
Michele started playing golf at the age of 11. She enjoys water sports, weightlifting and reading. She represents Aqua-Fresh and Target.
