
Michel Dion played for The National Hockey league and The World Hockey Association. He was the starting goaltender in the 1982 NHL All-star game in Washington for the Wales Team; representative of the Pittsburgh Penguins. He was also Voted the Most Valuable Player on Pittsburgh Penguins for three years and second in Pittsburgh's "man of the year" ballot.
Michel also led The World Hockey Association in a shout-out with four in 1978 while playing for the Cincinnati Stingers. He also won the Ben Haskin Trophy for best goals against average while playing for the Indianapolis Racers following the 1975-1976 season.
He now is a top golf instructor. The U.S. golf teachers federation has certified him as master teacher level.
