Jeremy Anderson was named to the PING/Golf Coaches Association of America All-America first team in 1999 and 2000 and he became the first golfer in UNLV history to earn first-team honors more than once. He is the only player from the college class of 2000 to gain his TOUR card. He graduated from UNLV and turned pro in 2000.

With his career just starting, he has played in only one Tour event, at the 2000 Invensys Classic at Las Vegas.

Jeremy holds four UNLV school records: low 18 (63), low 54 (198), low season scoring average (70.85 in 2000) and low career scoring average (72.01). He was twice named the conference player of the year and is a two-time GTE/CoSIDA Academic All-American. He was a member of the UNLV National Championship team in 1998. His college victories include the 2000 John Burns Intercollegiate, 1999 Savane College All-America Golf Classic, 1998 Jerry Pate Intercollegiate (co-medalist) and BELLSOUTH Yellow Pages and 1997 Golf World Collegiate Invitational. He has been named 2000 Mountain West Conference Player of the Year and 1999 WAC Player of the Year.

This self-taught player first started at the young age of 5. He was No. 1 on his high school team in Lake Mary, Florida, which included Matt Kuchar.
