
Geoff is a Winning Mind Performance Coach. Winning Mind is a high-performance consulting group dedicated to helping people dramatically improve their ability to perform under pressure and achieve meaningful goals. He uses their PowerMind training approach to help you excel on the golf course. The PowerMind program is an ongoing coaching program that focuses on elevating your mental game to improve your physical game.

Geoff served as Associate Director of Sport Operations for Enhanced Performance Systems for one year. During that year, he created and managed a partnership network of sport and high tech professionals who promoted and utilized the Athlete's Competitive Edge program. He spent Summer 2000 at the Okemo Valley Golf Academy in Ludlow, VT, working with professional and amateur golfers to help them improve their mental game skills. Prior to joining the team at EPS, Geoff spent two years at Colorbus, Inc., an Irvine, CA, based provider of digital print solutions to the color document world. His responsibilities included human resources, purchasing, and customer service.
Geoff's responsibilities at Winning Mind include development and management of sport programs and support with corporate training and teambuilding workshops. He has worked with business clients from companies like Fidelity and Colgate-Palmolive and has worked with professional and NCAA athletes from a variety of sports.
Geoff grew up in Riverside, CA and received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Riverside. He earned a Master's degree in Sport Psychology from San Diego State. His research includes the first scientific documentation of decision-making factors used by high school baseball players when faced with the choice of playing college or professional baseball. He was a high school pitching coach for four years, has worked as a clubhouse assistant for the San Diego Padres, and has consulted with MLB baseball operations executives to discuss plans for educating minor league players.
