Gary M. Crist practices sports and entertainment law in Jupiter, Florida. Prior to establishing his own practice in 1994, Mr. Crist was General Counsel to the PGA of America (1989-94) and Associate General Counsel to the PGA TOUR (1982-89). Currently Mr. Crist is of counsel to a number of golf industry organizations, including the National Golf Foundation, the PGA TOUR Tournaments Association, the International Golf Association and Bear Lakes Country Club in West Palm Beach.

In addiction to practicing law, Mr. Crist is a freelance author who can be seen in Golf Journal, GolfWorld, Golf Director, Florida Golf, Golf Today, The Sports Lawyer, Fairway Forum, Golf Business and the Florida Bar Journal. He also lecturers on sports law and related topics.
